Life Sciences at Lincoln

Joseph Banks Building, University of Lincoln

Welcome to the University of Lincoln School of Life Sciences blog. This interdisciplinary school provides an exciting and stimulating environment where excellence in teaching and research are highly valued, and we provide opportunities for students and staff to pursue their scientific ambitions.

The School of Life Sciences has a growing reputation for both undergraduate and postgraduate teaching and research, which covers a wide spectrum of the Life Sciences. From Zoology to Biology, Animal Behaviour and Welfare courses, there is something for everyone.

We are continuously investing in our facilities and equipment, including our new laboratories facility The Joseph Banks Laboratories and Minster House, the first buildings of the Lincoln Science and Innovation Park. These are in addition to our fantastic purpose-built Science Building, and is a direct example of our growth as a School over recent years.
